Purchasing from Arbelos

Information about placing an order for Arbelos products.

How to order

Online

These products may be purchased online by credit card:

• Books (UK only)

By post

Download a form (PDF format). Print a copy of the form, complete it and send it to us.

By fax or e-mail

Send us your requirements by fax or e-mail and we will send you a pro-forma invoice: contact details.

Payment

We accept payment by cheque (payable to ‘Arbelos’) or by BACS (please contact us for details).

We are able to take secure payments from many countries by credit card via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card). Let us know your requirements and we will make the necessary arrangements. We are unable to accept credit card payments by phone.

Currency

All the prices given on this web-site are in Pounds Sterling. Payments by credit card are converted to your local currency by PayPal.

If you wish to pay by cheque in a currency other than Pounds Sterling, do contact us to see whether this is possible. There will be a fee for this service.

Delivery

Where possible we aim to despatch goods on the next working day after receiving an order, but there are times when our office is closed.

United Kingdom

Postage and Packing for UK delivery:

CDs	£1.95	£2.95

	1 to 4	5 to 9	10 or more
Books	£2.95	£4.95	£6.95

Posters, CDs and books are packed separately, so Postage and Packing costs are calculated individually and added together. Posters are carefully packed into strong cardboard tubes.

For deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded or Standard Parcels service, or courier.

Overseas

We are able to deliver to any country using Air Mail or Surface Mail. Please let us know your requirements and we will quote a delivery price.

Terms

• Payment in advance except for official Purchase Orders from UK educational establishments.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Please allow 28 days for delivery.
• You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods — see below.

Customer satisfaction

We like our customers to be completely happy with their purchases.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receipt of the goods and receive a full refund for the goods.

If the goods have arrived with you in a damaged state or are incorrect we will automatically refund the postage. If however you have simply changed your mind postage and packing will not be refunded.

Our promise to customers

Subject to our returns procedure being followed:

• We aim to replace all damaged goods; these will be despatched via the original delivery service.
• We aim to refund unwanted items 7 days from receipt of returned goods.
